PSIwms AI is a platform based on Artificial Intelligence that analyses and optimizes WMS-supported logistics processes. Via a digital twin, it analyzes thousands of warehouse operation scenarios every hour and provides recommendations for improvement. Now, the platform is directly connected to PSIwms via an interface. This ensures that changes in the physical warehouse are automatically transferred to the digital twin in real time and taken into account.
LPP S.A. is a listed Polish clothing group based in Gdansk that already uses PSIwms AI. Due to the very strong increase in order volume in e-commerce, LPP opted for the solution of its long-standing WMS partner PSI Logistics. In the pilot project at the distribution center in Pruszcz Gdanski, the efficiency of the picking process has already been increased by more than 20 percent with AI support.
"The integration in PSIwms makes PSIwms AI unique. Although there is some simulation software on the market, changes in the logistics process have to be entered manually. This is time-consuming and error-prone," says Jerzy Danisz, Product Owner PSIwms.
