The SECURER is a novel supply air sterilizing breathing mask against future pandemics. This includes a miniaturized, multi-stage disinfection line that cleans breathing air and removes both bacterial and viral contamination. The core of the disinfection process is a "light chamber" using extremely powerful UVC LEDs. These destroy microorganisms in the volume flow at the molecular level.
