DIAS Infrared offers a comprehensive range of devices for non-contact infrared temperature measurement to monitor, control and regulate industrial processes. These include the digital pyrometers of the PYROSPOT series, which include many types with different temperature measuring ranges, spectral ranges, fixed and variable optics variants, analog and digital interfaces, housing shapes and accessories. This enables optimal adaptation to the respective measuring and operating conditions.
Despite this variety of PYROSPOT standard pyrometers, there are applications that require very specific modifications to the devices. DIAS Infrared also offers such special pyrometers. These include pyrometers with special spectral ranges that offer special advantages for the intended applications, e.g. an increased and stable emissivity. The following overview contains some examples:
PYROSPOT DGA 10N and DGAF 11N
Spectral range: around 0.88 µm; Measuring temperature range: 400 °C to 2500 °C or 350 °C to 2500 °C; Application area: temperature measurements on silicon
PYROSPOT DA 10 MF, DA 44MF and DA 47 MF
Spectral range: 3.5 µm to 4.0 µm; Measuring temperature range: 75 °C to 1800 °C, 50 °C to 1000 °C or 50 °C to 1000 °C; Application area: temperature measurements in semiconductor production
PYROSPOT DA 10C and DA 40C
Spectral range: around 4.6 µm or around 4.5 µm; Measuring temperature range: 500 °C to 2000 °C or 500 °C to 1800 °C; Application area: temperature measurements of hot carbon dioxide
