AERZEN blowers are designed for conveying neutral and aggressive gases and are used specifically in industrial high vacuum technology. High vacuum blowers always work in combination with a backing pump.
This backing pump starts at atmosphere. The HV blower is switched on in the range of approx. 50 to 300 mbar and the pumping process begins. Depending on the application, liquid ring pumps, rotary vane vacuum pumps, screw vacuum pumps or blowers are used as backing pumps.
