Our Frontline or supervisor-level Leadership Program focuses on sustained engagement and practical application. It is a common issue that frontline leaders are promoted based on their performance as individual contributors rather than their leadership qualifications. Frontline leaders want to do a good job and often don't know their flaws, case in point, 65% of frontline leaders believe they have effective communication strategies, but only 35% of frontline workers feel heard.
There is a gap in frontline leaders' capabilities and the expectations of the job. We close that skill gap through practical, real-life examples where participants learn how to:
- Set standards, hold people accountable, and follow up
- Coach and provide feedback
- Have difficult conversations
- Understand their team's different communication styles and adapt accordingly
- Manager and prioritize their time
- Manage conflict
- Develop their team
- Lead with truth and trust
The program is broken up into six sessions (virtual or in-person), with follow-up activities between each session that allow participants to review and practice what they learned in the classroom back on the job
