SCALE AI is Canada’s artificial intelligence (AI) Global Innovation Cluster dedicated to boosting industry performance by leveraging AI technologies to improve value chains, with a specific focus on building resilient and sustainable supply chains. A business-led consortium, SCALE AI drives economic growth, bolsters Canada’s leadership in the global innovation race, supports the building of world-leading businesses, creates highly skilled jobs, and accelerates the adoption of AI-powered technologies. SCALE AI contributes to the development of an innovative, competitive, diverse and inclusive Canadian economy, with a focus on Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).
Scale AI helps companies adopt AI and/or enhance their AI-based product and service offerings.
Our mission is to make the adoption of AI easier across industries, driving productivity and boosting competitiveness.
We reimburse up to 40% of approved project costs that target the adoption or commercialization of AI for Canadian value chains.
Canadian organisations, and international organisations with operations in Canada, may be eligible for SCALE AI funding for their AI projects.
