QCReport System is a modular software platform developed for real-time monitoring, reporting, and visualization of industrial OPC signals in the pulp and paper industry. It is designed to connect quality control systems (QCS) and distributed control systems (DCS) to a centralized SQL database, giving manufacturers fast access to accurate and reliable process information through a modern web interface. The system automates data collection, analysis, and monitoring, reducing manual work and improving data consistency across the production environment.
Its Production Report module combines real-time OPC data with SQL history to generate complete reel and grade reports, including reel history, grade change history, and day or shift production summaries. The Measurement Report module captures calibration and measurement data from OPC-triggered snapshots, enabling users to monitor standardization cycles, calibration history, and sample check verification. In addition, the Contour Map module provides interactive heatmap visualization of spatial sensor data, helping users detect streaks, uneven profiles, and calibration drifts more quickly.
QCReport System is built as a scalable and modular solution. This architecture enables reliable OPC data acquisition, centralized storage, efficient API-based access, and intuitive browser-based visualization without local installation. The platform also supports multilingual use and report export in PDF, Excel, and CSV formats, making it practical for diverse industrial environments and international teams. With centralized analytics, historical monitoring, and easy integration with ERP, MES, and SCADA systems, QCReport System transforms production data into meaningful operational value.
