Elexo Threaded Copper Bars are precision-manufactured Cu-ETP copper busbars designed for modular low-voltage power distribution and equipotential grounding applications.
Produced in accordance with UNI EN 13601, these flat copper bars feature accurately spaced threaded holes along the length, enabling fast, secure and repeatable bolted connections without additional drilling or machining during panel assembly.
With radiused edges (1 mm) and optional surface finishes such as tin, silver or nickel plating, they ensure excellent electrical conductivity, mechanical robustness and long-term contact reliability.
Current carrying capacity is calculated according to IEC 439 standards, ensuring predictable thermal performance under continuous load.
Threaded copper bars are widely used in:
Power Distribution
Low voltage switchgear assemblies
Distribution boards and industrial control panels
Transformer secondary connections
UPS and inverter cabinets
Renewable energy combiner panels
Battery energy storage systems
EV charging infrastructure
Equipotential Bonding & Grounding
Earth distribution bars (PE bars)
Equipotential bonding systems
Industrial grounding networks
Data center grounding systems
Substation auxiliary panels
Their threaded configuration allows multiple cable terminations along a single bar, making them ideal for structured, high-density and expandable electrical layouts.
Engineering Advantages
Eliminates secondary drilling operations
Reduces installation time and labor costs
Ensures consistent pitch and torque repeatability
Supports modular system expansion
Suitable for both current-carrying and grounding applications
