A multiprocessing station with kiln, a sorting line with color recognition, a vacuum gripper, and an automated high-bay warehouse system are just some of the simulation systems that can be used to provide training in SAP’s two education networks University Alliances and next-Gen . The combinable systems simulate processes in a digitalized factory and can be controlled using a PLC or fischertechnik’s controller .

Fischertechnik has been producing a product line aimed at meeting education and training requirements since the 1980s. The above simulation systems have been in use at SAP for some time now. The cooperation, made official at the DSAG Annual Conference 2017 at the end of September, aims to give the collaboration additional momentum.
